St. Vincent de Paul Society — Neighbors helping neighbors

The Society of St. Vincent de Paul at Holy Spirit canters all of its activities in prayer.  Our activities focus on those in need and who live within the parish boundaries of the 43213 zip code.  We strive to assist them not only with their immediate needs but, also, with their ongoing problems by directing them to other agencies.  Our small food pantry helps both individuals and families on a monthly basis.  Also, our members prepare over 300 sandwiches each month for delivery to the St. Lawrence Haven lunch program at Holy Cross Church.  In November we hold a Thanksgiving/Christmas distribution each year for over 100 preregistered individuals and families in our area.  We strive to see Christ in others and hope that whose we serve see Christ in us.
